QUOTATION REQUESTS
Request privacy
The quotation form collects the contact and project information needed to review your request.
Information collected
Your name, email, organization, selected service, quantity, part or board reference, project message and consent time are stored as a private quotation record. A hashed network identifier is used temporarily to limit repeated submissions.
How it is used
Authorized site administrators and reviewers assigned to your project can review the request to assess sourcing or manufacturing needs and contact you about the project. An internal email notification contains the request reference, not your project specifications.
Files and sensitive information
When the optional file control is available, attached files are scanned before being stored outside public web storage. Only administrators and authorized reviewers assigned to the project can download them. Original filename, size, integrity hash, scanner result and upload time are recorded with the request. When file intake is unavailable, ask for an agreed secure transfer route before sending confidential design files. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or export-controlled technical files in this form.
Browser storage
The comparison tool stores selected public part numbers in your browser so you can compare them across pages. Use “Clear” in the comparison bar to remove them. Engineering calculators and pasted BOM checks run locally in your browser. Choosing “Use in project enquiry” stores the generated brief in this tab’s session storage; the quotation page loads it into an editable field and removes that stored item. Unused transfers expire from use after one hour and browser session storage clears when the session closes. Nothing is submitted until you send the quotation form. This build does not add analytics or advertising cookies.
Access and deletion
When contacting the project team, include your request reference to ask for a correction or deletion. The project contact is KB Group Co.,LTD at fpga@fpga.io. Quotation records and attached project files are retained until an authorized site administrator manually deletes them. Closing a quotation does not automatically delete its records or files. Permanent deletion of a request removes its active private attachments. Copies in host backups follow the separately configured backup retention and deletion process.

Engineering Q&A proposals
The forum form stores your name, email, topic, question, optional device/tool context and consent time in a private administrator inbox. It does not create an account or immediately publish a post. Contact details are used only to review and follow up on your submission; public use of your identity requires separate permission. Do not include confidential files or personal data about others. A temporary hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions. Proposal records are retained until an authorized administrator manually deletes them; contact fpga@fpga.io for correction or deletion. Host backup copies follow the separately configured backup process.

Community accounts and public contributions
Registration stores your email, a public display name and consent time in the WordPress account system. Passwords are handled by WordPress; an email link lets you set or recover your password. Signing in uses necessary authentication cookies. Account email and internal login identifiers are not shown on public discussion pages.
When you separately consent to submit a topic or reply, the content, public name, device/tool context and timestamps are stored privately for moderation. Approved contributions may be displayed publicly with your public name. New topics also wait for the site's publication schedule. Public material can be read and copied by visitors and search engines. Do not include confidential project data or another person's personal information.
Your account page shows your own pending and reviewed contributions. Moderators can review submissions, change their approval status, lock discussions and suspend participation. Reports are private and include your account contact details and the stated concern. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit repeated submissions. No discussion notification or marketing subscription is enabled by registration.
Accounts, contributions and reports are retained until manual deletion. For account help, correction, withdrawal or deletion, contact fpga@fpga.io with the account email and relevant topic. Deleting a public contribution cannot remove copies already made by others; host backups follow their separately configured retention process.
